For the next 4 minutes we challenge you, to challenge yourself. First, be still for 2 minutes (meditate), close your eyes and breathe, connect to the present moment with full awareness of the here and now.
Second, push yourself (motivate), compete physically for 2 minutes on a random workout the wheel selects, hit spin & begin.
After you complete the challenge, challenge some friends.
